# Potion Shop · The First Bloom

Sponsor brief · 2 November 2026 · Initial proposal

## The project

A solo-developed cozy alchemy game set in Little Bloom. Players grow ingredients, brew potions, fulfil orders, develop an apothecary, and get to know twelve townspeople. The game’s drawings and illustrations are AI-generated under the solo developer’s creative direction. Development also uses AI-assisted coding tools.

Current product evidence: local beta v5.20.0 in the Potion Shop source repository. Public Open Beta, online hosting, and Polygon deployment are future milestones. No audience numbers, sponsor commitments, live contracts, or revenue are claimed.

## Token and network

The planned on-chain game token is **$POTION on Polygon**. The rollout begins with **Polygon Amoy (testnet)** before a conditional Polygon mainnet launch. This is the project’s token/network plan, not an announcement of an already deployed contract. Verified contract addresses and access details will be published when ready.

## The challenge

Reach a real launch with 0 THB in developer cash spend. This is a goal, not an audited historical result. Report developer payments, sponsor cash, in-kind services, free quotas, pre-existing subscriptions, equipment and time separately. Publish a redacted evidence log rather than treating omitted costs as zero.

## The plan

1. Website and public development journal: target 8 November 2026.
2. Product and platform scope lock: target 15 November 2026.
3. Gameplay beta candidate: target 6 December 2026.
4. First public gameplay beta window: target 7–20 December 2026.
5. Polygon Amoy integration and test phase: target 21 December 2026–24 January 2027.
6. Mainnet readiness review: target 7 February 2027.
7. Conditional limited Polygon mainnet launch: target 21 February 2027.

Dates are proposed targets for a solo developer. Scope and weekly capacity must be agreed at the second milestone. Mainnet requires independent review, funded gas and operations, recovery evidence, and an explicit go-live decision. Unmet requirements move the date.

## Useful support

- Infrastructure credits: hosting, monitoring, RPC, a domain if needed.
- Independent smart-contract review and launch-operations expertise.
- Playtesting and accessibility feedback.
- Testnet resources and production gas sponsorship after review.

Specific quantities and cash requests follow a measured pilot and written scope. No fixed valuation, reach, conversion rate, or return is offered without evidence.

## Recognition and transparency

Possible deliverables to agree in writing: a clearly labelled sponsor credit on the website, acknowledgement in milestone reports, and an evidence-based case study after delivery. There is no guaranteed audience, token return, exclusivity, or implied Polygon/Cloudflare endorsement.

## Contact

The developer's dedicated sponsor email and community channels have not been created or verified yet. This brief is ready to share; do not send funds to an address based on this document. The official contact route will be published on the project website once verified.
