A solo developer’s project

Potion Shop’s creative vision, gameplay direction, design decisions and project development are led by The creator of Potion Shop. The project uses AI-generated drawings and illustrations for its visual artwork, alongside AI-assisted development tools. The solo developer leads the creative direction and image selection, review and integration. No external studio or sponsor is being presented as the game’s creator.

What these images show

The homepage includes existing local-beta game artwork. The Sketchbook and its related news stories contain new AI-generated concept illustrations and a narrative storyboard. They are not screenshots, hand-painted originals, photographs of the developer, or evidence of shipped features.

Originality and rights

Original human-authored writing, code, and other creative expression may be protected where applicable law provides. The project preserves dated briefs, revision history, and asset provenance to document its development. This record supports attribution; it does not by itself establish exclusive rights.

General ideas, game rules, methods and mechanics are not claimed as exclusively owned through copyright. AI-generated material does not automatically carry the same copyright protection as original human expression. The protection of a particular contribution depends on its human authorship and the applicable law.

If you cover the project, please identify it as Potion Shop: The First Bloom, credit the solo developer, link to the official website, and label concept images accurately. Please do not misrepresent affiliation or present another person’s protected work as your own. This page does not grant a software or asset licence, or assert copyright over otherwise unprotectable material. Third-party licences remain in effect.

What stays private

The game repository, backend, save authority, development notes, and full-resolution illustration masters are not part of this public website build. Website HTML, CSS, JavaScript and displayed images must be delivered to your browser and can be downloaded. The project does not promise copy-proof public assets.
